1. Order Placement

• All orders must be placed through our official website cookedbyjeanne.com

• Orders must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

• Once an order is submitted and payment is completed, it is considered confirmed. Additional details regarding the pickup will be relayed via email confirmation.

 

2. Pickup Only

• We do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up in person at the pickup site specified on the email confirmation.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order during the specified window. We are not responsible for items not picked up.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested within 5 hours of the order confirmation to qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations are not possible once a pickup confirmation has been sent via email.

• No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or same-day cancellations.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.

 

4. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

• Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

• We do not guarantee allergen-free products. Please contact us before ordering if you have specific concerns.

 

5. Product Availability and Changes

• All items are made in small batches and subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to make substitutions or modifications to products due to seasonal ingredients or supply issues. Any major changes will be communicated prior to pickup.

 

6. Use of Website

• All content on our site, including photos, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Cooked by Jeanne and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• Cooked by Jeanne s not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

• Our liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
